The Plough Inn dazzled with a cracking breakfast featuring fresh eggs from local hens and a friendly staff that made every moment feel like a cozy family gathering. The location is top-notch for exploring Little Dewchurch and nearby attractions. Loved my comfy room vibe, perfect for a solo traveler!
A squeeze in the ensuite twin room left me wanting more space for a longer stay, and I did find a fair bit of dust hanging about—maybe it hadn’t seen much love lately. Thin walls meant I was serenaded by the next door's late-night TV too!

Cozy countryside atmosphere with great dining!
I recently enjoyed a delightful stay in a family room that offered stunning views of the Herefordshire countryside. The highlight was definitely the food, which featured meals made with fresh local ingredients, including delicious breakfasts with eggs from the owner's hens. The staff were incredibly welcoming, creating a homely atmosphere that made us feel right at home. I think a bit more comfortable seating in the common areas would enhance the overall experience.

had a really nice time at the plough inn! the staff were super friendly and welcoming, we felt right at home. the location is perfect for a stopover, and there's good parking. my room was comfy and clean, just what we needed for one night. loved the good food and drink selection!
but the bathroom was a bit cramped, and the bathroom door didn’t open fully because of a rug in the room. also, there was no check-in info which was confusing.

Ideal for family getaways
We all felt completely part of the pub atmosphere there we were just bowled over by how welcoming everyone was the kids loved the pool table downstairs it was great to let them enjoy themselves while we relaxed with a drink.
It wasn't exactly a bargain but honestly it was worth every penny for the experience we had.

Had a blast with my friends! We played darts at the inn and enjoyed local attractions like nearby hiking trails and fishing spots. The staff was super accommodating, especially with packed lunches for our early starts. Definitely recommend for a fun group getaway.
We were charged for packed lunches that felt a bit lackluster and overpriced.

Amazing family getaway!
We had an awesome stay! The boys loved the games room with the pool table and we appreciated the super clean family room with a lovely en-suite. The chef was just fantastic – cooked us delicious meals and made us feel right at home. The only thing was the Wi-Fi could've been better. Otherwise, it was perfect!
